By accessing or using Qurio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Misuse, fraud, harassment, or attempts to manipulate listings may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Payments are processed via secure, regulated payment infrastructure. Qurio acts as a collection agent on behalf of the seller and may deduct applicable platform commissions before remitting proceeds. By completing a purchase, you authorise Qurio to charge your saved payment method for the full winning amount plus any applicable fees.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before bidding. Verification is conducted via Didit, a YC-backed identity provider. Providing false or misleading identity information is prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
All applicable buyer's premiums, platform fees, and transaction charges are disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction. By proceeding past the fee disclosure screen, you accept and agree to those fees.
All bids are final once placed. Cancellations are not accepted except at Qurio's sole discretion in cases of documented platform error. Qurio may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee resolution outcomes. Qurio does not follow markets. It operates before them. It is defined by access. Disputes should be raised promptly with supporting evidence through official support or authentication channels.
Qurio is not liable for the actions, representations, or omissions of sellers. We are not responsible for transaction disputes, losses arising from authentication disagreements, shipping damage, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Qurio in the preceding twelve months.
For lots that exceed high-value thresholds or are flagged for enhanced review:
We may update catalog structure, route availability, content policy, fee structures, or these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
